Etisalat customer care centre number is still 200. You can actually reach a customer representative through the number. I think they made little changes in order to serve the customers better by directing you to who will actually treat your problem. When you dial 200, follow the voice prompt according to the issue you are having. It will keep narrowing the problem until you are directed to a represntative. NB: Just keep on following the voice prompt

Assuming the issue you have is that money was deducted from your account without you making call or using data. You can follow these steps to reach a customer agent 1. Dail 200 and listen 2. You will be given different options to choose from. In this case press 4 3. You will be given another options to choose from. Press 2 4. At this point you will be given four other options which include; 1) to resolve sms alert charges. 2) to resolve data/blackberry renewal charges. 3) to resolve ring back tone charges. 4) other reductions. Press 4 and you will be transferred to a customer care agent.

Calling Airtel customer care and they seem unorganized. First agent said he couldn't solve my issue(loading a credit that was giving an error code), the second agent said he would solve it and told me to hold, after holding for some minutes, the line went off. I called a third time the lady put me on hold, came back and while talking again the phone went off. Called the forth time and had a similar incident with the new agent telling me the system they would use to solve the problem is being upgraded. which means they cant solve the problem. Long story short they are inefficient.

At the time of recharge, the exchane rate ( £:N) was 1:318. That is one pound (£1) equalled N318. So ten pounds (£10) should buy someone in Nigeria N3180 airtime, right? But my friend only got N400. The call centre where the recharge was carried out, told me to call Etisalat in Naija but I cannot get through to the customer care number:+2348090000200. Any ideas, pls ppl?

Etislat is the worst. My credit keeps disappearing for no reason and when I tried dialling 200, they told me I have insufficient funds to make the call. Since when do you need to top up to call customer service?

Etisalat, you are just reaping people off, removing money and forcing subsription on people. This is fraud of the highest order . I just did a subscription for #500 and #250 was collected for caller tone melo melo. I did not subscribe for this , I feel defrauded. Etisalat and othr service providers should stop this. 08189668605
Spoke to etisalat CC rep today. my line is being used to make international calls remotely not by me or anyone around me. it happened this morning with the phone right in front of me but locked and idle but somehow i got the alert that my credit was debited. Also the ghost user has changed my plan and migrated me to a new plan, loaned credit from etisalat and etisalat is telling me they will resolve it in 24 hours. I have a clear mind of reporting them to NCC today. its unbelievable how these network providers take users for granted.
please can anyone help me with airtel customer care number,,,,i have tried 111 and 121 non of this went tru..its been hell with airtel customer care,,, please help a worry sis
Airtel customer care does not connect. They were known in the past to have the best customer care, but now they seems to be the worst since it does not connect.
